Mariella helped me purchase my first home in 2013. She guided me through the process of defining what I needed in a house, looking at several properties, making an offer, dealing with inspections, and getting through closing. Her advice always turned out to be spot on, even if I wouldn't realize it until years later. I was convinced I would be in my new house a minimum of 10 years, and she said I should look for something I would leave after 4-5 years. As it turns out, 2.5 years later, life changed and I had to move. I didn't hesitate to call her to sell the same house she had helped me buy. Overall a great realtor and a great person.
