She also obtained the CLHMS designation which recognizes her in dealing with the luxury residential market. She is also a member of the local Top Producer Council and has been a recipient of the Daymark President Circle since 2019.
Mariella leads the Daymark Realty office in the Creedmoor Road branch and offers free in-home consultations to homeowners contemplating the sale of their homes.
Mariella works with both buyers and sellers. Mariella lives in North Raleigh with her husband Louis, teen son & teen daughter, and their rescue Basset-mix Scout.

Elaine is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has many years of real estate experience. She will step in as soon as you go under contract on your home. Elaine will be in contact with the closing attorney and your lender to make sure that everything is in order and on schedule for your closing day. From helping you to fill out the attorney forms appropriately, to ordering a property survey, and more, Elaine is the go-to person for your closing. You will enjoy her energetic, friendly and go-getter personality. She is a huge asset to our team's success.
On her time off, Elaine likes to spend time with her kids, husband and friends. She enjoys camping in the mountains.

Hello hello! My name is Alwyn Ngo. I was born in Charlotte, NC and moved to Raleigh in 2006. I attended UNC Greensboro and received a Bachelor's in Economics after a few long years. Following the Bachelor's I am expecting to graduate with a Master's in Applied Economics this May 2024.
Initially, I wanted to pursue a position in the banking industry and eventually make my way all the way to the Federal Reserve, however my plans changed after one of my former managers mentioned that she had a great experience doing Real Estate and had a close contact with Coastal Credit Union. So, I chose to pursue Real Estate because I thought it was an amazing opportunity being able to get a position with Daymark Realty, which is owned by the credit union and at the same time, finding this amazing team to work with. I am excited about the real estate profession and looking forward to assisting buyers with their home purchase.
In my free time I very much enjoy rock climbing at Triangle Rock Club, I've been doing so for about 7 years now and don't think I'm going to stop anytime soon. Other than climbing, I began playing golf and playing the piano when I was about age 7, so I have about 14 years of experience under my belt.
