Mariella leads the Daymark Realty office at the Creedmoor Road branch and provides free in-home consultations to homeowners considering selling their homes. She represents both buyers and sellers, offering seasoned guidance and exceptional service throughout the Triangle.
Mariella lives in North Raleigh with her husband, Louis, and their two children.

Elaine is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with many years of industry experience and plays a vital role in ensuring smooth, well-organized closings for our clients. She steps in as soon as your home goes under contract and becomes your primary point of contact throughout the closing process.
Elaine coordinates closely with the closing attorney and your lender to confirm that every detail is accurate, complete, and on schedule. From assisting you with attorney documents to ordering surveys and managing required paperwork, she ensures that nothing is overlooked. Her energetic, friendly, and proactive personality makes her a pleasure to work with—and a tremendous asset to our team’s success.
Outside of work, Elaine enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and friends. She also loves camping in the mountains and exploring the outdoors.

Meet Alwyn Ngo — Showing Agent
Alwyn was born in Charlotte and moved to Raleigh in 2006. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from UNC Greensboro and is on track to complete his Master’s in Applied Economics in May 2024. His strong analytical background gives him a valuable edge when helping buyers understand market trends and make informed decisions.
Originally planning a career in banking, Alwyn was introduced to real estate through a mentor who shared her positive experience with Daymark Realty. Inspired by the opportunity to combine financial insight with client service — and to join a respected, credit-union–affiliated brokerage — he chose to pursue a career in real estate and become part of The Guillama Realty Group.
As a Showing Agent, Alwyn is dedicated to helping buyers find the right home while offering thoughtful guidance and a calm, supportive presence throughout the process. He is enthusiastic about the profession and looks forward to serving clients with care and attention.
Outside of real estate, Alwyn enjoys rock climbing at Triangle Rock Club, a passion he’s had for over seven years. He also loves playing golf and has played the piano since childhood.

Chanel joined The Guillama Realty Group at Daymark Realty after several successful years in the mortgage industry. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she developed a passion for real estate early on and now proudly calls Raleigh home. Her background in lending gives her clients a valuable advantage, offering insight into the financial side of the homebuying process while delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
Chanel finds genuine joy in helping others, and transitioning into real estate was a natural fit. She believes there is no greater reward than guiding clients through one of the biggest and most meaningful investments of their lives. Her determination, enthusiasm, and client-first mindset make her a tremendous asset to both our team and the buyers she serves.
Her greatest accomplishment is raising her daughter, and when she’s not assisting clients, Chanel enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time at the beach whenever possible.

As our Team Runner, Max keeps everything moving smoothly behind the scenes. From installing open house and directional signs to checking on vacant listings, picking up checks, and delivering documents. Max plays a key role in supporting both our clients and our agents. With dependability, a friendly personality and always willing to help, Max ensures every transaction with The Guillama Realty Group at Daymark Realty runs seamlessly from start to finish.
When he’s not assisting the team, Max enjoys automobile photography and visiting car shows throughout the Triangle, combining his love for cars with a creative eye for detail. He’s also a student in Wake Tech’s Automotive Program, where he continues to grow his knowledge and passion for cars.
